Reserve your space now to advertise in the 2009 Florida Medical Association Annual Meeting Program! The program, given to all attendees and guests, contains continuing medical education schedules, exhibitor listings, trade show floor plan and special events taking place at the annual meeting. Exhibitor Giveaways

Increase the traffic flow to your booth by giving away a prize. If we receive your prize information by May 29, 2009, it will be advertised in the show program and any other opportunities prior to the show. This year we would like our exhibitors to promote several themes that include golf, tennis and fun items for the entire family. Example items are golf clubs, golf bag, golf balls, picnic basket with goodies, telescope, tennis rackets, tennis balls, volleyball equipment, badminton set and any sports attire. The more enticing the prize, the more traffic you will receive.

Name Badges

Exhibitors must have name badges to be admitted into the exhibit hall. Names will be laser printed with the Florida Medical Expo logo, representative’s name, company name and booth number. Ordered name badges will be included in the exhibitor packets available at check-in during show set-up on Friday.
