New Requirements for Doctor's Offices in Effect

HB 699 went into effect on July 1, yet many doctors are not yet aware of its provisions. The FMA has prepared two summaries. The first outlines the new reduced CME requirements. The second outlines the new requirements for physician offices, including supervision of ARNPs and PAs, turnaround time on referrals and posting of hours in certain settings.
