We have been attending the Capital Medical Society dinners monthly. Previous topics included, Colon Cancer, Asthma treatment and the Electronic medical record.
We teamed up with AMSA to get the word out about low cost and free health insurance for families at Wal-mart for Primary care week (Oct 16-21)
We are teaming up with other groups at FSUCOM, family medicine interest group, AMSA, Student National Medical Society and Pediatric Interest group to have a Cover the Uninsured Roundtable discussion sometime in later this year, early next year.
